- Product Compliance
Ensuring compliance with International and European standards is an integral aspect of product design. Integra are experienced in ensuring design compliance, particularly where no relevant technical standards exist for the product.
- Engineering solutions
Integra Technology are experienced in problem solving product designs, to ensure compliance with general and technical standards; including updating designs to standards, and aiding with the design of guarding / safety solutions.
With a close relationship with notified bodies (test houses) we are able to manage product testing and design to standards, without paying for repeated failed product tests.
- Manufacturing solutions
With an in depth knowledge of far eastern manufacturing, we are able to advise on sourcing and procurement of Critical Components and provide factory contacts. We can also advise on numerous aspects of importing into the EU. (See Importers section)
- Documentation
Integra can assist in the creation and management of product technical documentation, including:
User manual – Design, creation and ensuring compliance with wording requirements
Technical file – Gap analysis, Structuring, assembly, storage and updating.
- Quality systems
Effective product quality control systems are required by EU directives and are a fundamental part of CE marking.
Integra Technology are CIG accredited (via Test House) for factory audits and are highly experienced in providing product quality assurance, including the creation of testing specifications, carrying out independent batch testing and advising on current or planned systems.
